Hey everyone, I'm a teacher / coach and interested in beginning to learn about investing.

I work with a friend that moved from Las Vegas to Brookings Oregon...I'd say from Florence north to Warrenton and Astoria are all prime regions.

It seems like a good buy but as a first time Investment buyer its scary are there any coaches out there looking  for a good student.   

I am also coaching and mentoring others to get started like me.

They can switch to transaction broker but that means not offering advice or coaching either side, and they've already coached the seller as their fiduciary up to that point thus far, so it opens them up to a lot of liability... hard to serve 2 masters when those 2 masters have opposing interests. 

BLOW UP your mind with focused market research (think specific neighborhoods), networking events, more books, or maybe a financial coach.

Hey Bigger pockets community,I just passed my exam and looking for a broker in the Las Vegas area.

@Chris Michaels because new investors pay for things that they should never pay for, do 7-day trainings that are ONLY a lead-in to a 20k coaching course.

I advise newer and existing agents to hire a sales coach or mentor before spending money on leads, whether it's through Zillow, BP, or some other real estate-related platform.
