I usually use 10 percent of rent for CapEx and maintenance costs and I've heard that could be low.I did some digging online and I couldn't find much about the turnkey company you mentioned, which is puzzling consider they say they have a great reputation.Feel free to message me if you have any questions about them, turnkey or my local market and I can do my best to help.
