Like I said, the CMA indicates that houses have been selling in this area at the $140-150 price range.I definitely agree with you that it's almost required to have stainless steel appliances/ nice counter tops.

All others have worked out a decent ROI.Another reason why I stopped using this site, is back then I could bid for an auction, and could bid on any property in that auction slot.

@Mark GallagherDepending on the size of the debris/trash ~ I normally build up the sides with larger material and dump the loose stuff towards the middle.However ~ I'd have no problem framing in larger sides if I really needed it :) At the end of the day, nothing a little grinding, steel, and welding won't take care of :)
