Day dreaming here, but purchasing land in the Deschutes River Woods / South Bend and developing a cabin with plenty of outdoor amenities would be - a dream.

This is a tough one because even though their name isn't on it, if something goes south, are you going to go after them?

The only way I can see Memphis and Atlanta having similarities is probably in the south side of Atlanta (nearby Hartsfield Jackson).

I'm here in Fredericksburg, Va. just south of Fairfax, maybe we will end up helping each other.

Even in regards to how you count population in the beginning, to get to a resolution, they had to create the 3/5ths clause so that they would count enslaved people, not as whole people, but partially to gain increased representation for the south.
