There also seems to be a monthly fee for using the platform.

Airbnb/VRBO do bring in about 60% of our bookings but that does leave another 40% to direct bookings and a combination of our other platforms (Marriott Homes and Villas, Booking.com, JetBlue and Allegiant Airlines, Google Vacation Rentals, and more). 

It is a good platform and I enjoy it, but I spend more time than I should on it.

Hi @April Vogt, I agree with Erwin, Idealista is by far the most used platform for Real Estate in Spain, so the best source for getting info.Then it depends on what you want.

Make sure you give them a review on the platforms and if you want, you can report them to whatever accreditation board they have, but that may not result in anything.And get a second, independent estimate on repairs.
