My handyman (30 year Portland tenant) who lives in my duplex in Foster-Powell area comes to Nehalem and sells junk there and would like to retire there someday. 

Can't find the source, and can't remember where I heard it but did Powell say that he expected the housing market to "correct" to the tune of 20%?

Hey @Mary J. i agree with @Todd Powell about being consistent.I personally use Behr Self Priming Swiss Coffee(from HomeDepot), and paint walls and bass boards all same color, flat in living and bedrooms and semi in kitchen and bathroom and all doors.
