Pretty sure I got a hell of a deal (even if it wasnt I feel like it was and the cashflow is positive each month so I'm happy) and really have an itch to get into this business little by little until I can take that plunge head first into it.  

Your renovations looked thorough enough that you probably don’t need to expect too many big items in the near future   You itching yet to buy another house?

There are functionally zero government protections in place against lenders taking too long, asking too many pointless questions, and re-requesting the same paperwork over and over again, because that wasn't the itch they were trying to scratch with the post-2008 rules.

When I had started looking for properties earlier this year, I was being told to expect 3 day breaks between vacation renters so the numbers didn’t add up to anything like 2019, but lately it seems like city families are itching to get to the woods.

I do know the feeling though, once you fly to Europe in first a couple of times for free you get bit and gots to keep scratching that point itch.

Now the bank is telling me I have to wait 6 months before I can begin the cash out refi which is only another month but that means it will be at least a couple months until I get the cash and I'm itching to get back in the game.  

I understand that, but for some reason I still have an itch to get 2-3 just to hold. 

We walked away itching for a big multi like that, so we cracked open the parameters a little, maybe a little too much at first.

I've been tied up during the last few but am itching to meet up with everyone again.  

Guns aren't the only way to hunt, and there are plenty of rednecks itching for a mud hole.
