In the last couple of years, many people here bought properties in Myrtle Beach, which has had a volatile market for resort properties.The tourism has done pretty well even during the crisis as many foreigners especially Canadians have taken the currency exchange advantages, and as a result, the Myrtle Beach airport is expanding.

If you form a good relationship and they learn the business, such a relationship could be really productive for you.I don't like letting inbound calls go to voicemail or any sort of automated message - if you can avoid it (might have to because of a day job or whatever).

It feels as if I'm reinventing the wheel.Will be on a business trip to get more to work with later this week, but it comes down to this: I would like to get comfortable with the concept of (1) tourism location scouting, (2) boutique hotels, (3) luxury hotel launches.And please don't say Donald Trump ;-)
