My first two vacancies were filled by people living between 1 and 4 hours away, and I just showed an apartment to a lady getting on a plane to head home this afternoon.

Anybody have any ideas about small cargo with high value that could be carried in a small plane between the USA and South America?

@Kenneth Picha  I fly a SR 22 we have an out it he whole plane parachute... if we use it 99% survivable is the stat.In RE there is no chute... you really need to be spot on there will be no soft landing if your not. 

I am thoroughly perplexed as to how a level that is 4" above the plane of the earth in the front of the house and 10' above the plane of the ground in the back of the house could be considered below grade.  

Things are more expensive to ship and slower to arrive by Fedex. 

You don't need to get on a plane to buy cheap houses.  

Do you have to hop on a plane for every closing?

After you've sorted out an area of interest and some people that might help you, get in your car or on a plane and go explore for real.

As I am planing trip to Arizona in December and would love to see properties available for out of state investor. 

For forget Camrys, let's see some toys - cars, planes, bikes, killer home theater systems, cellars filled with cases of '63 bordeaux (I'm making stuff up at this point) or anything else that makes you feel a little guilty and your buddies green with envy. :-)
