Shortly after is the biggest event of the year, Fantasy Fest  which draws tens of thousands, immediacy after that is power boat races, which bring many rich folk, then Christmas, the iconic New Year’s Eve celebration, winter (sooo many snowbirds), spring break is always insane, singers songwriters fest, mile 0 fest and the list goes on.  

I like the fact that the job and population growth are booming.I also like going to The Ohio State University football games.The nightlife is also solid.

We routinely get parents staying there for college events such as football games, homecoming weekend, pick them up from school, drop them off at school, and graduations.

(Value Add) and we are entering the Super Bowl 2023 football season, they are expecting rents 10 times the normal rent amount.

There are markets where housing prices are very affordable (even with higher interest rates) but still attract many visitors (Big college football towns or internationally known universities, Gainesville, South Bend).

I just received my first booking from Airbnb today for a pricey football game weekend.

I definitely considered the possibility of doing STR, but I like the concept of LTR more just because when it’s not football season I could see getting bookings as a difficulty.
