Asian students are suing Ivy League Universities. 

@Holly Kaufman and I work Galveston and Houston, working primarily with investors, and also investing ourselves in Galveston as well as League City TX on the SE side of Houston.

This is out of my league.  

There is nothing you can do about a eviction or midnight run vacancy but a controlled vacancy such as letting a tenant leave over a rent increase should be a cake walk and never create a vacancy.Come on guys man up and ratchet up your business from the amateur bush leagues that this business has a reputation for to the professional level.

The contractors they use to deliver and remove the old appliances are bush league and endless excuses.

I made an offer around 2.5 years ago that my rehab/repair estimate was $550K and it was in a different league in terms of needing help. 

So RW has a ridiculous marketing syndication leagues beyond literally anyone else, not because of any particular greatness today but really smart foresight in getting locked marketing contracts. 

I am 1000% out of my league with non citizen lending but I'm fairly certain you cannot use nor assume a VA loan.

Either im in left field or I have stumbled into "big league" territory.

SoCal is definitely part of the big leagues when it comes to anything multifamily.
