We've never actually had a tenant use it after reading the addendum (which was our goal), and I think it helps prevent problems when they understand the myriad issues involved in its use.  

Combine that with rates that are near high for this century.  3 things could solve this 1) RE prices fall (that would be bad for me) 2) rents increase a lot without RE prices increasing similarly (this would be bad for tenants) 3) rates fall a lot.  

Most are fine with that, but a few will have problems with it and claim there are legal issues, etc..

That is where the magic happens and where true connections that can enhance your journey are made.

Just hate it when they try to disguise themselves as a “financial advisor” and their solution to any financial problem is an insurance product2.

If their process is just, ‘here’s the house, now it’s your problem,’ then they’re clearly not delivering what they advertise.
