I have spent a good amount of money fixing everything as all boat owners know.

I'm not trying to discredit or devalue what you guys do, definitely worth every penny.With this property I fully intent to use engineered plans in the future as I build self storage and boat & RV buildings.

They love managing agents instead of selling and closing deals and more power to them if that floats their boat it's just not my ideal thing to do.I am not against maybe eventually having a few agents but any of them that make my life more stressful or difficult would be be going bye,bye real quick.

When I lend in situations like this, I do so holding personal property as collateral - usually a car, rv, boat, bike, etc.
