(I ended up buying a second investment property in Australia too as I found a great looking deal.)Question:Is my Secured Credit Card a waste of time if it's not yet connected to an ITIN?

I live in Australia and am interested in wholesaling in the US (mainly around okc area).

I've heard of others having trouble transferring funds out of their US bank accounts because they haven't set everything up properly and the bank wants them to come back into the branch to increase transfer limits, etc.Has anyone had experience with https://afex.com/australia/ Apparently you can have your rent paid directly into the account, held in US dollars, can make payments out of the account and you only get hit with the spread on the foreign exchange when converting back into AUD.

I did essentially the same thing a little while back, I am based in Melbourne Australia and have done a few deals now in MI. 

I have a client here in Australia that owns a block in Florida that she would like to sell. 

Thanks for your comment @Craig Bellot Yes I have rentals but they are in Australia and I use a property manager.

Although the specifics of the law between the US and Australia are quite different, there is much to learn here about marketing, strategy, planning, etc.
