#4 Can I set these LLC's up all by myself and still retain anonymity (I understand I can't be the trustee for land trusts and so would need third party entity for that). #5 Does putting properties in a land trust/LLC mean I have to go back and now change the hazard insurance, and if so, how?

I'm creating the LLCs in my home state of Texas so the trust portion is necessary for the sake of protecting anonymity.

If you do it in Wyoming you and your spouse can still own it, you can do it in their name, LLC can hold title, and in Wyoming you don't have to disclose and stay anonymous so silent partners are truly silent.

I spent $200, it was done in a couple days, it is completely professional and anonymous, and they will act as my agent if anyone serves legal notice.

Do you have any recommendations on attorneys, firms to work with for setting up the LLCs for my properties for protection and anonymity?

Couldn't you anonymize yourself w/ a lawyer-written LLC where they're the nominee or whatnot to the same extent?

No thanks, I would much rather be free to do the business I do and to be known only to those who really matter, I value my anonymity with highest regard.

Hi BP-ers!
Presently I have 12 tenants; hoping for more soon. Do any of you know how to send a group text so that the recipients only see my name/number and not each other's? Probably not a big problem with the group...

Liability insurance does cost, but it is relatively inexpensive to get a half million $ policy when starting out.4) LLCs may also offer some anonymity, at least with your residents.
