Anonymous Trust & creation of LLCs

Based on the discussion in the BP Podcast episode 109 (I believe), I need to create a revocable trust before creating my traditional (holding company) and Series LLCs (operating company).  Has anyone else here created their company structure this way?  I could use some tips or at least links to point me in the right location.  I'm creating the LLCs in my home state of Texas so the trust portion is necessary for the sake of protecting anonymity.
