While there are ways to legally line up a property where ‘Title held in LLC but mortgage in personal name,’ I persoanlly think after the first one you are definitely operating the LLC as an alter-ego, this piercing your corporate veil.

Learning how to run an LLC is much more important so you don't lose your protection by comingling assets, alter ego etc.
