Also section 8 is usually a couple hundred over regular tenants and you can ask section 8 for a yearly raise and they're usually very good with that (at least in my experience)I still think Real State business is really good in Baltimore it does have its caveats but overall the returns are pretty good (In my experience again) how different was it before.Btw, pretty cool art.
