Women are less excited about that idea.

I'm a member of the FI community here, and also teach personal finance/investment to local women interested in getting their feet wet in investing and real estate.

But, that said, until population starts decline it doesn’t matter where the people come from, women or borders. 

Which the women said she would give to her the next day and never did.  

In my experience, the men and women who make significant money in real estate are all exactly the same in a few basic ways: grounded, stable, well-organized, determined, thoughtful, persevering, well-rounded types that manage risk well.

With my own personal experience I 100% agree with out of state “I’m a woman and out of state so, “ maybe women too. 

First off, I salute the women in RE and every industry as they have to deal with stereotypes and dumb **** that most of us men don't.

One of my favorite lines is on a rap song which sums it perfectly “men lie women lie, numbers don’t”.

Another elderly retired women, good friend of hers, went into REI with her 2 son's, and the friend bragged about how their did everything, never called a handyman or plumber.
