(Well it was all good info, but that is what I can focus on first!)

It may sell at a loss if someone else knows that you are trying to get rid of it because of a bad tenancy, but if you can get a well qualified tenant in there, then it may be worth keeping at this point if you can make it get some decent cash flow.

You know much more about Vegas than I do, but winters are colder here and summers are cooler as well.

As well as studied some of the great bankers like the medici, Jakob fugger, august Belmont, moses taylor, the warburgs, Hjamler Schacht, Montague norman, so on and so forth.......

But it can be frustrating if you're on a tight time limit and don't have the patience of Job.Many hosts feel like a simple site that looks professional and is robust, does just as well for half the cost.

If you keep looking in New Britain and Hartford keep Middletown on your radar as well. ;)
