Frankly, no matter how well you do safety, dumb guests will find some way to hurt themselves so insurance is a top priority.

So I would agree to instead get a lender that you can scale with.But it looks like you got a credit union to give you a good rate, better than most as well 

Getting a well performing quad would be great to season for 4 years. 

If not, you'll likely need to sign at the US consulate/embassy... and those appointments often need to be scheduled well in advance.
