If the items left behind are valuable like cell phone charges, bluetooth speakers etc, I go out of my way to get them returned.Only once has a guest decided they didn't want their shirt, jacket, charger, speaker, makeup bag, backpack, Switch controller etc back.This is the kind of good customer service that gets you the 5 star reviews.

I recently read in an article from Star News Online that insurance rates for non owner occupied coastal properties are likely to go up 10% this year. 

For example, an enormous Michelin star chef’s kitchen does not belong in a quaint, Victorian-era Arts and Crafts style home.

I am in Star Valley

Both left a 5 star review on VRBO. 

When it comes to state specific study apps, I would still do a search in the app or play store (depending on your phone) and look for some practice test programs that have a decent star rating and high customer downloads.  

I have yet to make my first deal but am excited to continue learning, meet new people doing the same things, and eventually the stars will align to buy my first rental. 

I guess this a pretty crazy goal but shoot for the stars and hopefully land on the moon!
