People use handymen, and remote property managers, such as myself, (called virtual assistants), all the time.

The maintenance/cap ex is too low.  20% total for both together will be closer.  1% properties at current rates  do not cash flow in virtually all markets.  

Considering that the companies that control the real state listing market makes acting in unison in order to make it virtually impossible for a onwer to sell his/her own property.

LLC’s have no tax benefit, no privacy benefit, and virtually no liability protection.  

What was recommended to me was a Wyoming Trust over Holding Company over each LLC (one per property) for anonymity, using a registered agent and virtual business address. 

I’ll be keeping one skeptical eye open for y’all…Home Supply is WeakHome supply is virtually flat, sitting at 3 months supply of homes in January vs 2.9 a year ago.

Heck, if someone is too lazy to do it, pay $10 an hour for a Virtual assistant to do it.
