The stock market is betting on rise and falls, taking a vacation is not and taking people’s money when things are uncertain is pretty greedy.

We were already in the process of divesting in the area due to the oversupply of units combined with changing legislation. 

We believe some of these people are qualified home buyers that decided to rent due to the uncertain times.Population growth will not be disrupted.

I do believe though if govmit is going to do these they need to pass some mortgage legislation like they did during the GFC.. 

The govt is working on legislation to help those that are hit financially by this.  

I am uncertain as to how many of my residential tenants will or will not be able to pay rent in the near term.
