All of the first mortgages are done through conventional lenders who requires an unbiased appraisal.

The two key risks I've zeroed in on here are 1) the Property Management (not sure how many PMs will take on homes in these areas, so if Elite can't follow through that's no bueno), and 2) They are setting the market, so resale price to an unbiased third party is unknown.

Talking to a qualified, unbiased third party is a good step and worth the money.

Take all the Forex sites out there, they try to give consumers reviews but in all reality they are not giving consumers an unbiased opinion.

I didn't read the other answers, because I wanted mine to unbiased by what others said. 

Perhaps a nice 1950's built bungalow.Always hire a 3rd party property inspector to give you an unbiased feel for the home.
