Many of the numbers here in the Triangle area of North Carolina are non-working numbers.

Have you been able to find good deals in the research triangle area?

@Trago WAllace I totally get it and that's why I always answer the following way when asked about TK providers: "The most important thing is the quality of the TK company and they must, must, must do all three covers of the success triangle: Renovate - Sell - Property ManageI am sorry to read that you had such a bad experience but it sounds a lot like the three things I insist on might not have been in place.I agree that BRRRRing is a great approach.

The Triangle market is getting quite competitive so in certain scenarios I think submitting an offer without seeing the property increases your odds of getting under contract.

New investor looking into market data and trends of the Texas hill country, while beautiful there are a lot of small markets that really aren’t more than 30 mins from each other in almost a triangle.

Personally, I do not think that the rents in the Triangle (Raleigh/Durham) have caught up to the price inflation over the past few years.
