has anyone had any success with turnkey property investments?  If so, who was the company?  There are alot of scammers out there and I want to be careful.

Hi James! I've had success with turnkeys. I bought mine a few years ago though and the companies I worked with either aren't in existence anymore or I don't recommend them anymore (only because there are better options in different markets). I work with turnkey buyers all the time though and know some really good companies. Reach out anytime if you want referrals.
