So the traffic going by my house has increased at least 10 times.  

Not even just the house, but less traffic, less chaos, and more of a yard.

The drive is an hour and a half... but it's in high traffic areas and it always feels like a one-day commitment to go down and visit.

I feel that it's only fair to let other people know Oklahoma has potential.I feel like Tulsa has very similar vibes to Austin in a lot of aspects, just without the insane prices and traffic. 

Offline community papers, shopper magazines, make flyers & put them in libraries, barber shops, LAUNDRAMATS, anywhere with high traffic! 

I did hear that the 10 mm is much better for rentals... 4mm would be for low traffic closet areas.

I got used to the sound and eventually I had to really concentrate to actually hear the traffic. 

And then, we got a chance to buy a second house and it is way bigger (of course worse traffic, okay community), and we moved out from the MTV property.
