Luxury vinyl tile is great for kitchens and bathrooms, installed at 6/sf on the high side.

Do you guys have a recommendation on ceramic tile installers that does great work for reasonable pricing!!

When I went over to prepare for a showing I noticed there was water damage on the ceiling and a bunch of tiles are busted in the kitchen.
