If Hartford is a thriving market and the firm is willing to mentor/train you, I think you have an exciting opportunity.  

Besides the college rentals, you may want to your shift focus on other areas in town where the rentals are thriving as well. 

Park city is awesome but only thrives with short term rentals seasonally. 

I personally am very fond of it because they have very defined guidelines which keeps BP having a thriving atmosphere.Enjoy!

The University of Central Florida is located here as well as a thriving downtown business district with over 19 skyscrapers.This vibrant city continues to expand to meet the demands of the tourism industry as well as the flourishing business community.
