While it might feel like an extra charge to tenants, these packages often provide value that indirectly benefits the property owner as well—like reduced maintenance calls or ensuring the property is better protected.In my experience managing a large portfolio of properties, these fees are becoming more common due to the thin margins in property management.

When problems with tenants come up, it is important to have professionals on your team that have experience navigating tenant problems such as evictions.

If that's my experience in a small town, I suspect it's probably everywhere.

I am keen to learn from the experiences of seasoned professionals and collaborate with fellow investors who share a passion for real estate.

Anybody have experience with lenders that will do a mortgage for LLCs in Tennessee and Kentucky?
