Technically a SF, but we have an ADU on the property that we live in and rent out our main house.I love the fact that my tenants are paying most of our mortgage and if you benefit from those duplicating expenses in traveling healthcare, I'd imagine it will enrich you in more ways than just your tenants covering your costs.

It requires technical knowledge yet is super adaptive and open source and once controlled, you can easily scan sketches of ideas and convert them to realistic renderings.

You can buy any program out there, but if you're not willing to put in the work for an extended period of time, it's not gonna work I personally have a pretty big back ground in the paid for training..

Although this is technically inaccurate (I saw a case where a sheriff sale of this sort was challenged and the challenge lawsuit took 11 months, deed recording came after that), that is the typical practical waiting period to get the title insurance for the resale.Whatever the mortgage balance, that’s now your obligation to get paid off; before even bidding on any sheriff sale property you should have a good idea of any remaining mortgage balance(s).

Hello Experts,Background: we are working on a 8 unit deal (2 parcels x 4 units on each building) - we thought this would fall into residential loan and we almost completed the paperwork, but the lender came back stating they cannot proceed forward because the zoning is classified as commercial. lender is asking us to work with listing agent/owners get it re-zoned as residential.
