Another problem I could see is if stuff got stolen while they were living there, I believe you'd be required to replace it, such as if the property was broke into and tvs stolen ect.

The only absolute is the three that were vandalized, the other three may or may not work.The three apt units that are in fair condition still have the HVAC units in them, and if they work, then of course I'll keep em in place but I want to be prepared if they don't.The vandalized apts hvac units have been stolen.
