Thank you Michael, I have been using those methods like deal machine, list source etc... that you have mentioned with no luck as of yet.

Recently, Steak n Shake in PF stopped having someone seat you, you now go to the counter to order and then they installed a drink machine so you get it yourself.  

Needless to say, that is why our company exists...we make machines that quickly and easily remove sidewalls from tires.I hope this information helps for anyone in the future in need of disposing tires!

The clutch in a 3 yr old Samsung washing machine failed & was too time consuming & expensive to repair so swapped it out for a Whirlpool scratch & dent (S&D).

My profit is halved, which REALLY slows down the cash flow which was slotted to go towards my next property. 

Ozone machines are good too but they will never get rid of the source.

Our DTI is pretty high due to my student loans and stuff he has financed for his current business (mulching machines, etc.)

I have them under my sinks and by my hot water heater, washing machine, and ac condensate pump (that pump alone has led to 3 floods in my basement from it getting clogged or the pump tripped off so the air conditioning condensate floods my basement instead of being pumped outside).

That being said, we leave the ones "as-is" and tell the tenants, I hope you get 5+ years with no problems, but if it breaks-- these machines aren't guaranteed or maintained, and you'll have to buy your own.
