I have the records. there are 8 bm's. two were absent before exeutive session. two left the meeting. totalling four bms at the meeting. one that left was conference called into the meeting and two bms had no idea there was a conference call as they were not called. this was not an emergency meeting and no record was made the next month nor was it discussed. 4 of 8 bms present and one recusing leaves 3 left to vote. this is not a majority to approve is it?

Also, many states have changed laws in the recent legislative sessions, so check with an attorney well versed in the subject matter.

So far my friends have been really considerate about phone calls and texts but I can see unscheduled sessions could eat up a lot of time.

When I took the GC Exam, I was the last person from the morning session to leave the test center (I passed)My strategy works like this... go through the test and answer the questions that match your flash-card questions.

This particular session is just about buying...That said, I've been asked to put together a half-day presentation on flipping and estimating rehab costs, but it hasn't been scheduled yet...

How about doing 2 or 3 sessions and posting them so everyone can see / hear how this training is different (Ad free, actual useful content, etc) and then making it part of the Pro susbcription?
