I have sent an inquiry to message select owners when I wanted to reach them.

Do you already have an agent selected?

They can take time with their search and be more selective about a property’s location and condition.

You won't get cash flow while you live there, but you'll have a much larger selection to offer on, giving you higher chances of finding something that's actually a deal from an ROI standpoint. 

USPS contract workers building a robot to sort mail, Travel Nurses, Professionals relocating, A medical group rotating out their new surgical Dr. residents for training in jax  :) A husband of 33 years that got pushed out by his wife - hoping to go back.. but he is still renting from us ...yikes - no judgment! 

Going into a 50 unit plus deal without any sort of experience is like telling yourself you can go to the Olympic games for wrestling after three training sessions.

I know I speak for the group in thanking him for the extended time and sharing his insights on the various markets and current conditions of a few select markets that were inquired about.
