I have about $20k in crypto, $5k in a wealth simple robot investing account, my partner owes me $25k that she will be paying back over the next year, and my brother owes me $30k that he will be paying back over the next year.

I know you might not think of it like this, but I’d question penalizing all borrowers because of a problem with a tiny few or a tiny amount of their deals.What about a monster borrower?

And it is a hungry monster for insurance, taxes, HOA dues, and upkeep.

Lender is US Bank so I am dealing with a lot of robots there that don't really have answers. . 

Even with utilities, this is a cashflow monster in a well established Philadelphia neighborhood.

I worked in robotics and programming while frustrating was humbling because if it's not doing something right then it's 100% on you.

I just turned down a somewhat good deal because of a monster rehab.

Make sure you do not sound like a robot.

Even with minimum wage at 15 to 20 an hour. most they can pay for rent living solo is wht 700 to 800 a month you cant rent pretty much any city on the west cost for that little.. other wise you have monster commute and with gas that does not work and public transportation is not like East cost upper mid west cities where its actually functional. 

With 3 bed properties in this pocket reaching as high as 1300/month, this will be a cashflow monster all said and done.
