You don't mind it at first but eventually you may realize that you would rather be doing something else instead of repetitively mowing your grass and eventually you may start valuing your time more than you value the $40 your save per mow - which you eventually realize is really only $30 because you still have to pay for gas and tool repairs.

While it is repetitive, you should always understand the "cons" of any strategy in addition to the "pros"   So considering the drawbacks of "C" class neighborhoods is important to understand before you choose to invest regardless.

Nonetheless, I am still thankful for that same, regurgitated information (no matter how repetitive) because let's face it, sometimes we need to hear the same message over, and over, and over again before it seeps in.

Most importantly:It created a pathway to phase out the massive subsidies FEMA has been giving to the owners of properties in repetitive flood zones;It required new mapping with the effect of classifying more property as flood-prone, expanding the risk pool;And because maps cover broad areas an not specific parcels it better codified the process of contesting flood-zone designation through Elevation Certificates.As soon as the subsidies started being phased out, there was a ruckus because the rates went sky high.
