I'm not going to pay $2-4 per sqft to refinish wood floors when I can repaint them for a few hundred.

I know sealing any cracks, powerwashing and repainting every few years is necessary.

@Cody DeLong depending on the units around you, you may be able to keep those cabinets and repaint them, since it will be a rental.
