It's very challenging to buy a house, even for a dollar, and then renovate it to the point where it is rentable, and the best candidates as renters are HCV recipients, so you can't get premium rent values.To be honest, I don't think that any of the property in w-burg that is listed through realtors is a very good deal (and I say that as a licensed real estate salesman).
