The “buyer beware” philosophy is fine for commercial transactions, but taking “advantage” of home owners when they’re most vulnerable and lack market sophistication is something no right thinking person wants.  

This is verified based on the good schools, department stores opening up (Costco, Target etc.) as well as verified investment from Jerry Jones (Dallas Cowboys owner) and the city to grow the population.

This simple update has big implications for property owners, allowing small repairs and maintenance to be handled more quickly and affordably.

You pay a higher price for beautiful properties because you are competing with owner occupants.
