They are renting for about 2800/m for a 3bed/1 1/2 bath.I'm trying to swing in around 2100/m and am trying to put some polish on the place to get it up there.Right now I think the product I have can rent around 1800/m and sell quickly.

Yes, the high price may be an issue however it will keep out the riff-raff and the overall quality of associates that you will have are (hopefully) wel vetted.I've been involved in the groups: Jay Abraham, Dan Kennedy, Perry Marshall, Brian Kurtz, Joe Polish and two others, including my own that is a closed grou that meets in Santa Barbara and has a high minimum net worth//income requirement.

It's still the same blocking and tackling:1) Figure your money out2) Identify what business you want to be in with a very cold heart3) Contact owners and don't wait for them to walk to you4) Be able to figure how much you want to pay so you can make money on the deal.My father, the mechanic, said it best: "You don't make money polishing tools, you make it when you fix cars"
