I wouldn't be so quick to remove a $50 under market value tenant who's been there for 8 years in favor of keeping a $50-more a month unknown entity.The seller's agent - if they were the one renting the property for the seller - should NOT be profiting from that transaction and making you scramble.And how dare they assume you would be using the FHA fraudulently?!?
