I imagine you are quite busy if your passion for ethics brings you to this discussion, you wouldn't be bringing this up with only wholesalers on bigger pockets would you?

My passion is helping "the little guy" get started investing.

Once comfortable with that we want to try out group homes because we have a passion for helping those with special needs.As a noobie to real estate I was wondering what people thought about the markets in New Jersey and Delaware. 

My passions and hobbies are woodworking, motorcycles(still saving to buy one) skiing, and pretty much anything outdoors.

My dad has always had a passion for music and ended up teaching guitar lessons for a living out of one of the buildings.
