@Stephen Nicholson I felt he was overcharging me a bit too much for some items and his management fee is a bit too high in my opinion given the simplicity of the rehab.

You can also do this in a 2-4 unit property if everything is separately metered, if not, you can charge a flat fee, but it's not really that honest to over-charge, so most probably end up under-charging.

If you called the 3 companies that run radio and TV ads, chances are they are all going to be overcharging you.

Contractor: Finding contractors that don't cut corners and overcharge is EXTREMELY difficult.

We worked with a company when we first got here that overcharged/falsely charged us about 10k over as many months. 

I will no longer use them of course, but at least you can be sure they will pay their debts (after a lengthy lawsuit battle and collections effort).Now if I can just find a foundation guy that knows what he's doing and won't overcharge for his work.

This is the same guy I have used for years so I dont think he would overcharge me.
