I am currently working on phase 2; building 2 ADUs.The permits are already in the works but the biggest question is what is the best approach when funding these 2 ADUs BEFORE I have the equity from my home?

I think that psychologically does not line up with seller financing.

If it would concentrate on rent collection only and do it well, it might be okay.

Those on other sources of government cash such as disability often may qualify due to overall household income. 

Most margin loans and SBLOC are Prime + or FFR +, and the ones Im familiar with are 8-13% right now.The only other thing I can think of is that if you're a HNW with a good relationship with your private banking team, maybe theyll give your a personal line based on your net worth and assets with them.  

I think I've talked to maybe 2 tenants on the phone so far, and I didn't mind because there's a lot of scams online.

So.. can investors still acquire a lucrative vacation rental on the Oregon Coast?

I have also been doing quite a bit of research on Loan's, tax consequences etc., and am working towards being a expert in this niche.  

That's fewer individuals than active players on NFL rosters.

There will always be settling going on.
