I have lost properties for a few $k that were projecting return hat would have done outstanding even if my offer was noticeably higher.  

We remodeled and remarketed the property to entrepreneurs and business professionals who want a coliving/coworking community.It was perfect because each of the 12 bedrooms had its own private bath and we created community areas.

The house I am looking at is a private sale from an older family friend moving into senior living (discounted).

I am hoping to get a better idea of the value of the land to determine if it makes sense financially to start the foreclosure process (the two notices have been sent).  

Hey Mike - Since Airbnb doesn't allow videos on listings, a lot of hosts are sharing private tours through platforms like Instagram, YouTube, or Google Drive.

I also noticed what you noticed that most of the people rushing to spend money on the 3-day program didn't seem college educated or very financially savvy at all.
