So, as a newer investor/flipper, I want to hear how you found, interviewed, hired, and kept those rockstars.

Also, look for their youtube channel, they have very good interviews with experienced people in the real estate.  

So what I am asking for is if you were looking for a mentee or interviewing one, what would you look for and what type of questions would you ask to see if this guy is serious and knows the concept behind Real Estate deals and a certain niche he decides to attack. 

And for the money you’re making, sharing a kitchen or bathroom with people you’ve interviewed and LIKE isn’t a hardship.

I interviewed 8 contractors and I am collecting bids now. 

I interviewed her and felt very good about her as a tenant.

Interview several, including some small local banks, they may be more relationship focused than the larger banks.

Need to interview a few in person.
