Here are some methods I have used so far.Free Sources:- information, or free internet search like switchboard.com- pipl.com (not too bad for free - finds social networking sites too)- Courthouse records (shows previous subpoena addresses and if they have a driving offence their date of birth in my county.

You need to be networking, finding ways to get on podcasts, speaking at meetups (or hosting), building social media accounts.They need to "like" and "trust" you too.  

I wouldn't start on the Internet for that because people can be creepy.

If so, a quick tip that has worked for me in the past is to just attend some real estate meetups in your area (or host one yourself).

You can also talk to hosts in local Facebook groups in areas you are interested in.2.

Hey Poonam, below i will explain my personal experience with the masterclass that Richard Garcia hosts, I was in the one he did in August of this year.

This is a great place to learn, just like everything on the internet just do not believe everything you read and if it seems too good to be true it probably is. 

We host on AirBnB, VRBO, Booking.com and all of their subsidiaries.  

If you have several STR hosts in the neighborhood, I would get together with them and have strength in numbers.
