This is not a design-build as I understand from poster, it is design-bid-build, therefore the owner gives away a great deal of leverage if the architect is hired or on the Contractor's staff.

In this case, I charge a $50 flat fee for the approximate hour it will take me (my staff) to complete the job.

I have heard it said from hotel cleaning staff  it is not uncommon for clean cut guys in suits  with everything looking good leave hotel rooms sometimes smelling of stale urine and with human feces on the wall .

It takes a little bit of the heat off of the on-site staff, because then staff members aren’t the ones calling for the tow.
